Liberating Structures Agenda

When I facilitate workshops, meetings, etc. I often create a simple Kanban board with the backlog being the agenda for session.

This website can help you create this. Just selected the structures you have in your string, if you want headers, and how many breaks you need and press download. That will generate a PDF-file for you that you can print.
